• Shipping is a flat rate of $35 per order.
• Our pieces are handcrafted and made to order. Please allow up to 16 weeks for completion before shipment.
• Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
• All shipments are insured for the full purchase value.
• Delivery times may vary depending on destination, holidays, or unforeseen carrier delays.

Returns & Exchanges

• All stock merchandise purchased through our website may be returned for a full refund, store credit, or exchange within 15 days of delivery.
• To initiate a return or exchange, please email us with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA#).
• Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original packaging and condition.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend using a trackable, insured service, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.
• Custom and made-to-order items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

• Buyers are responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, or fees charged by their country’s customs authorities.
• If your order contains both stock and made-to-order/custom items, the stock item(s) may be shipped separately to ensure faster delivery.
