Salmacis & Hermaphroditus Bracelet

This motif depicts a story of divine infatuation where the nymph Salmacis has been smitten by the god, Hermaphroditus. Unable to imagine a life without him, Salmacis prays to the gods that they never be separated. They listened.

Approx. Measurements: 35mm x 18mm

Handcrafted in our Los Angeles studio using 925 sterling silver and 24K gold. The pattern is created by soldering a solid band of fine gold onto the silver and then "fusing" the metals using immense pressure and heat.
